oppskrift-onsdag: seisuppe fra østen

Endelig oppskrift-onsdag igjen! Vi har startet året med å spise fisk til middag hver eneste dag, så i dag får dere oppskriften på en utrolig god og mettende suppe. Denne tar maks 30 minutter å lage, og her blandes smaker av kokos, nydelig og mild kremfløte og sterk chili. Oppskriften fant jeg på godfisk.no for en tid tilbake, jeg har bare tilsatt litt fløte for å få en mektigere versjon og litt mer væske.

østeninspirert seisuppe til 2 

♥ 400 g.  seifilet uten skinn og bein ♥ 200 g.  kinakål ♥ 2 stk  vårløk ♥ 4 dl.  kokosmelk ♥ 1 dl. kremfløte ♥ 400 g. hakkede hermetiske tomater ♥ 2 terninger  grønnsaksbuljong ♥ 1 ts.  chilipasta ♥ 2 ts.  soyasaus ♥ pepper

slik gjør du 

Skjær seifileten i små terninger, kinakålen i tynne strimler og vårløken i biter. Kok opp kokosmelk, fløte, hermetiske tomater, buljong, chilipasta og soyasaus. Når dette har fått koke i noen minutter og blandet seg godt, tilsetter du vårløk og kinakål. La dette koke i ca. 2 minutter. Ha kaserollen til side og legg seiterningene oppi suppen. Fisken skal kun trekke i et par minutter, før du kan servere. Pepre gjerne litt mot slutten, smak deg frem. 

♥ seifilet får du kjøpt i fiskedisken hos de fleste dagligvarebutikker, og chilipasta får du hos blant annet Meny.

Finally recipe Wednesday again! We’ve started the year eating fish every day so here comes the recipe for a tasty and hearty soup. This will take you thirty minutes maximum to make and mixes flavors of coconut, deliciously mild double cream and hot chili. I got this recipe from godfisk.no some time ago, I’ve just added some cream to make it heartier, and some more fluids.

pollock soup from the East for two people

♥ 400 grams of pollock filet without skin and bones ♥ 200 grams of Chinese cabbage ♥ 2 scallions ♥ 4 dl. coconut milk ♥ 1 dl. double cream ♥ 400 grams of canned diced tomatoes ♥ 2 vegetable stock cubes ♥ 1 tsp. chili paste ♥ 2 tsp. soy sauce ♥ pepper

Cut the pollock filet in small cubes, the Chinese cabbage in shreds and the scallion in pieces. Boil coconut milk, double cream, diced tomatoes, stock cubes chili paste and soy sauce for a few minutes and let it mix in well. Add scallion and cabbage. Let this boil for about two minutes. Pull the saucepan aside and put the pollock cubes in the soup. Let the fish simmer for a few minutes before serving. Add some pepper if you like toward the end.

Pollock filet can be bought in the fish counter at most supermarkets, and chili paste can be bought at the store called Meny.
